* 1 lb. ground pork
* 1 garlic clove, crushed
* 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger root
* 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
* 1 1/2 tsp. garlic chili paste *
* 1 Tbsp. minced fresh mint
* 4 sandwich buns
1. Mix together all ingredients except buns; form into 4 patties.
2. Grill over medium-hot coals 10-12 min., turning once, about 5-6 min. per side, until an instant read thermometer reads 160°F. Serve on buns.
